Therapy is a space to come as you are. No masks, no performance, no need to have it all figured out. It’s a collaborative process where we work together to explore your thoughts, emotions, patterns, and lived experiences. There’s no “right” way to do therapy—just your way.
In our work together, I’ll hold space for you to re-author your life. I use a combination of evidence-based practices like Intergenerational Theory, Experiential Theory, Emotionally Focused Theory, along with trauma-informed and body-centered approaches that support deep, embodied healing. This means we won’t just focus on your thoughts, we’ll also pay attention to what your body is holding, how stress and trauma live in your nervous system, and how we can create safety and regulation from the inside out.
I don’t assume healing has to look a certain way. We’ll talk about how systems, culture, family, and identity impact your wellbeing, and we’ll make space for your values, your roots, and your rhythm in the healing process.
You set the pace. My role is to guide, witness, and support, not to tell you what to do, but to help you remember your own power, insight, and resilience.
